underpants and boots
So the combination Owen chose to wear in this picture is pretty comical. He is wearing big boy underpants (though not really using the potty too well yet) and his "puddle boots." Ever since he wore these boots on a rainy day while on vacation, he puts them on alot and says "puddle boots." He hopes that puddles will magically appear outside on a perfectly sunny day. What I find quite comical is his choice to wear them with his big boy underpants while potty-training--do you get the irony?
